The Embassy of India in Manila celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2025 at the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta - Sports Complex, Las Pinas City. H.E. Shri Harsh Kumar Jain, Ambassador of India to the Philippines, H.E. Mr. Aranud Peral, UN Resident Coordinator in the Philippines; Dr. Ma. Teresa C. Iñigo, Director General, Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care; Dr. Anthony Jose Tamayo, President, University of Perpetual Help System Dalta; and Ms. Maxene Magalona, Filipina Actress and Yoga teacher, welcomed and greeted the participants.

Over 300 yoga practitioners, enthusiasts, and guests attended the IDY celebration and participated in the Common Yoga Protocol Session. The session included Yoga postures, pranayama and meditation

Amb. Harsh Kumar Jain and Spouse Ma'am Vandana Jain awarded the certificates and token prizes to the top three winners of the Yoga Photo Contest 2025 at the IDY celebration. Congratulations to Ms. Hannah May N. Trinidad, Ms. Margarit Erika Tendencia and Ms. Ally Apple Allison, for winning the first, second, and third prize, respectively!

The IDY celebration continued with the special yoga sessions conducted by the Art of Living, Naheal & Soul Searching, Brahma Kumaris, and Isha Philippines.

Amb. Shri Harsh Kumar Jain inaugurated the LGO Connects’ new co-working and support services facility at the Corporate Finance Plaza, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, on 17 June 2025, and addressed the gathering. Counsellor (PIC) Mr. Kannan C., highlighted the benefits of yoga and the significance of this year's theme: “Yoga for One Earth, One Health," on his remarks during the yoga session hosted by the Indian Women in Enterprise (I-WE) on 10 June 2025, at Phoenix Function Hall, Brgy. Bel-Air, Makati City. The event was attended by around 50 yoga enthusiasts in anticipation for the International Day of Yoga 2025.
