Health and Family Welfare

A high powered delegation from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, office of Controller of Drugs, Ministry of AYUSH is presently in Manila to attend the 3rd Joint Working Group between India and Philippines on Health and Medicine from 19-20 April. It may be recalled that both leaders , PM Modi and President Duterte, during their bilateral meetings in Manila and New Delhi had discussed how India could assist in making available world class pharmaceuticals to the Philippines at reasonable prices. The Indian pharma companies based in the Philippines hosted a dinner to welcome the delegation and interacted with them.
