SECRETARY NATIONAL DEFENSE Delfin Lorenzana visited the Western Naval Command where he was hosted by VAdm Girish Luthra, Flag Officer Commanding in Chief Western Naval Command (FOCINC WEST). In WNC he was given and brief and introduced to all the Flag Officers of the Command. He also visited INS Kochi of the Western Fleet where he was hosted by RAdm MA Hampiholi, Flag Officer Commanding Western Fleet (FOCWF) and the Ship’s Commanding Officer Captain APS Shaji Kutty
