Step by step guide on how to apply for a fresh (for new born)/ re-issue of ordinary Passport

Click on the “Register” button on the Navigation menu, fill in the details & click on “Sign Up”. After confirming your registered email ID, “login” to the Passport Seva Online Portal with the registered Login ID and Password.

Once on your dashboard, click on ‘Services’ button on the ‘Overview page’ or left menu and then click on “Apply for Fresh Passport/Re-issue of Passport” card on the services page.

In the Embassy/Consulate section, please select Philippines-Manila.

Fill out the form and upload the Photograph/Signature & other documents. The photograph should meet the ICAO guidelines. Details of ICAO guidelines can be found here.

Submit your completed application. A unique Application Reference Number (ARN) will be generated. Carefully validate the details before submitting the application. You will not be able to make changes to the application once it is submitted. You can now visit Embassy’s Consular Section on any working day between 10 am to 12 noon with the filled-out application form, uploaded photograph/signature and the requisite documents.

Please note: Application forms without uploaded photo, signature and requisite documents will not be accepted. Applicants are required to furnish original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
